Mr & Mrs N moved to their 3room BTO  at Fajar Hills BLK 442B 3.5 years ago and recently HDB granted them special approval to sell their unit before the MOP as they need a bigger house now.

They saw a unit nearby that they like and is suitable for their family when they met us for advise. After doing a financial calculation with them, Our advise was to do a contra selling as they’ll need the money from current house for their next house.
